- Lili Garces ist in Havanna geboren. Ist mit dem kubanischen Lebensgefühl
und dem so genannten Buena Vista Feeling mehr als vertraut. Aufgrund ihrer im Tanz- und Musikstudium erlernten Kenntnisse, ihres Naturtalents und ihrer täglichen Arbeit konnte sie ihre außergewöhnlichen Fähigkeiten unter Beweis stellen und sich dadurch
hervorheben. 2005 war sie in München und Kroatien Gasttanzlehrerin,
um beim Salsa Kongress zu unterrichten. Für 2006 wurde sie bereits eingeladen, um als Gastchoreographin bei den Salsa Kongressen in München und Havanna teilzunehmen. Lili Garces gehört heute zu den bekanntesten kubanischen Tanzlehrerinnen, Choreographinnen und Sängerinnen. Viele ihrer Schüler haben schon eine eigene Schule, worauf sie mit Recht stolz sein kann.
